Welcome to XEscortSeek. These rules keep the platform safe and reliable across all categories including Casual Encounters, Room for Rent, Services, and Pets.
Age Requirements
- 18+ is required for browsing platform content.
- 19+ is required to register and publish listings.
- We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Accounts violating age policy are removed immediately.
Core Posting Rules
- Post only in the correct category and city/state location.
- Use truthful details, real photos, and accurate pricing in every listing.
- One user should maintain one account. Spamming or overposting may result in suspension.
- Harassment, hate speech, and intentionally misleading listings are prohibited.
Category-Specific Standards
Casual Encounters & Personals
- No explicit imagery depicting genitalia or sexual acts.
- No listings that solicit or imply exchange of sexual services for compensation.
- Identity and age misrepresentation may lead to permanent ban.
Room For Rent
- Post only properties you are authorized to rent or sublet.
- Do not request advance deposits before in-person verification.
- Use real property photos and disclose important fees clearly.
Services
- Only list services you are legally authorized and qualified to provide.
- Clearly disclose pricing model, availability, and service area.
- Illegal services or fraudulent prepayment requests are strictly prohibited.
Pets
- Only post animals in your legal possession and with accurate health/breed details.
- Do not request advance payment before buyer meets the animal.
- Prohibited species or protected wildlife listings are not allowed.
Zero Tolerance Violations
- Any content involving minors.
- Human trafficking, coercion, or forced exploitation.
- Illegal drug-related advertisements.
- Posting personal information or photos of others without consent.
Reporting & Enforcement
Use the Report button on listings to flag violations. We may review, restrict, remove, or permanently ban accounts at our sole discretion when policies or laws are violated.
